Training can be conducted through public courses or employer-sponsored initiatives, with opportunities for customization and modification. Our learning approach is adaptable, taking place at client training facilities, workplaces, or online.
VIP Leadership Collaborative
The VIP Collaborative is a membership network designed to equip organizations with the essential competencies needed to achieve outcomes that are both tangible and transformative. As a member, you'll enjoy unlimited access to the "Train-the-trainer" leadership development resources; participation in data-driven communities of practice; collaborative problem-solving opportunities; and customized services at scale. Additionally, members receive up to 160 hours of consultation, and strategic planning support.

Professional Development Workshops
The VIP Collaborative will offer a suite of "Train-the-trainer" leadership modules. The train-the-trainer leadership modules cover a wide array of critical competencies necessary for effective leadership in today's complex socio-political landscape. These competencies include fostering a culture of accountability and self-care; ensuring organizational acceleration; making mission-driven decisions; and eliminating or minimizing disparity, disproportionality, and predictability in outcomes. By equipping leaders with these essential skills, the VIP Collaborative enables them to create organizational environments that promote success and well-being.
VIP Policy Think Tank
A Leadership and Advocacy Collaborative for Leaders of Color
The VIP Policy Think Tank is a high-impact leadership and advocacy convening designed to strengthen the socio-political acumen of leaders of color operating within complex systems. Through structured convenings, applied policy analysis, and strategic advocacy support, participants build the capacity to influence decision-making at the local, state, and national levels.
Unlike traditional professional learning, the VIP Policy Think Tank functions as an action-oriented learning community. Leaders engage in facilitated dialogue to surface real-time challenges in their roles, examine policy and power dynamics shaping outcomes, and co-develop strategies that lead to measurable, fair and just impact. Participants are introduced to socio-political tools, policy frameworks, and leadership strategies that can be immediately applied within their organizational and community contexts.
The Think Tank provides both collective intelligence and expert guidance, enabling leaders to:
